The New Commercial Licensing Center receives clients at its new location in ADDED's new Building

The Clients Service Center, of the Commercial Affairs Sector of Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development commenced receiving clients at ADDED's new building, after shifting last Sunday to the new headquarters of the Abu Dhabi Business Center which will be the work is to be launched soon at the beginning of March 2013. H.E Mohammed Munif Al Mansouri, Acting Executive Director of Commercial Affairs Sector, said that ADDED had completed its efforts of developing and modernizing its new clients service center in preparation for the launching of Abu Dhabi Business Center, which aims at creating a more competitive and sophisticated business environment, to contribute to strengthening business and trade in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and enable the private sector to play a key role as defined by Abu Dhabi Economic Vision 2030. Al Missouri stressed the keenness of the Department to provide best services for clients, offer an attractive business environment at the level of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and raise the contribution of business sectors to the GDP of the emirate. Al Mansouri said that the new clients service center, is the nucleus of Abu Dhabi Business Center, through which a package of electronic and technical services will be rendered, within the efforts to enhancing the competitiveness of the emirate with regards to business environment, noting that the Center's staff is ready to receive all clients, facilitate the processing of their commercial licensing transactions and meet their requirements. Al Mansouri pointed out that the clients' service center, since its relocation on 3, February 2013, till Thursday 7 February 2013 had Received more than (5460) clients for commercial licensing transactions. Al Mansouri explained that the processing of commercial licensing transactions in the new center is characterized by smoothness and ease, mentioning that clients understood the need to adapt to the new location, and expressed their satisfaction with the level of service and distinct capabilities provided by the new center, in terms of direct dealing with the customer service staff, and the transactions electronic processing system. Mr. Mohammad Munif Al Mansouri that ADDED with the launching of Abu Dhabi Business Centre next month, the department of Economic Development, is keen to provide the best facilities for clients, with focus on the level of service, clients satisfaction in the first place; as that would highlight the role of the Department and its efforts to achieve excellence and quality, in clients service, as an institution focused on clients and, characterized by efficiency in enabling and supporting sustainable economic development of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. According to Al Mansouri, Abu Dhabi Business Centre will offer unique services focused on convenience of clients, and provide all requirements in a package of recently launched initiatives, including electronic e-linkage with a number of government entities. The electronic processing of licensing transactions licenses, within the electronic archiving project, along with a number of electronic initiatives, such the commercial licensing query G2G, that will save time and effort for clients, through cooperation and coordination with the strategic partners of ADDED.
