Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (DED) is launching an initiative aimed at reviewing the economic legislations applicable in Abu Dhabi. Subsequent to this review, it is the DED’s intention to recommend a comprehensive package of legislative reforms designed to create a business-friendly regulatory environment within Abu Dhabi and boost the Emirate's economic competitiveness in consistent with Abu Dhabi Economic Vision of 2030.
As part of this review exercise, the DED has prepared a questionnaire to capture the views of investors operating in Abu Dhabi regarding the amendments suggested.
